You are welcome to participate and enjoy in Go events the 10^th NIŠOPEN and the 2^nd OBLAČINA DREAM.

OBLAČINA LAKE

A beautiful small tourist resort with possibilities for outdoors:
- go playing all nights/days
- basketball and football
- fishing/hunting
- swimming and sailing/surffing

Venue:

All events will be held in a shade of tents and trees on Oblačina Lake bank, closely to Hotel OBLAČINA.

Tournament Fees:

Fixed prices of the tournament fees are in CSD (Serbian Dinar), € could be changed in exchange office (1€=83CSD).

Accommodation:

• Free in own tents with own sleeping bag (near lake),
• Accomodation in a bungalow in 3-bed and 5-bed rooms (max 25 players): 600,00 CSD / bed per night,
• Accomodation in a small hotel on the lake in 3-bed and 5-bed rooms (max 25 players): 600,00 CSD / bed per night.

Cheap meals could be arranged in hotel or private arrangements. Meals and drinks at the playing site arranged in hotel.

Tournament rules (system):

• The event is open to all Go players, 5 round MacMahon, basic time limit 60 minutes, Japan byo-yomi 30 seconds per move (for gobans with Ing clocks), Canadian byo-yomi 15 moves in 5 minutes (for other gobans). Komi 6,5. Placement criteria: MM, SOS, SODOS.
• Everybody must keep silence in playing places; mobile phones and noisy equipment are prohibited. Players must keep tournament rules and instructions of organizers. Player could be disqualified without any compensation if he does something against a good behaviour.
• Organizers can change time schedule depends of the circumstances at the tournament.

Prizes:

For first three players, the best female and other categories, organizer will provide some prizes like cups, books, suveniers, etc.
Money prizes unknown to organizers up to tournament start. For all participant guaranteed pleasure go and fun.
